• Previous Experience as a MDS Coordinator preferred
• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree
• Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility
• Must have a valid Registered Nurse License or License Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of MD
