The Role 

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, the Customer Support Operations Specialist role will be the backbone of the Customer Success team, managing technical aspects of account support.

Who You Are

  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting a technical product, preferably for a SaaS startup
  • Must have experience writing SQL Scripts
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
  • Adaptability to new initiative

  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting
  • A genuine passion for software and technology


What You’ll Do

  • Performing account setup tasks such as adding users, job, and email templates, enabling features, etc.
  • Collaborate as needed with services counterparts in customer success (onboarding, training, & technical services) to ensure we deliver a cohesive experience
  • Display ownership of assigned projects as needed, Identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience, embracing a company culture of continuous optimization and enhancements
  • Provide backup support to setup digital documents for customers as needed
