Arcadia New England Home Care is immediately hiring a Caregiver Field Supervisor/Office Assistant for its Southern Maine operations. This is a hybrid, flexible position with responsibilities both in the field and in the office, as needed, to support the day-to-day operations of the office as well as aide supervision, case opens and hands on personal care work in the field. Must have and be currently either a certified PSS or licensed CNA in the State of Maine. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Supporting branch operations in the office, including home care scheduling, answering phones, scheduling, hiring & onboarding, service authorization tracking and other office duties.
• Case opens in the field in accordance with the plan of care.
• Observed performance of care aides to ensure proper personal care skills and competencies in accordance with the authorized plan of care, including skills assessment in ADLs. 
• Supervisory visits with patients to ensure adherence to, satisfaction with and any needed changes to the authorized plan of care, and to assess general patient welfare and satisfactory living conditions.
• Conducts back-up shift visits delivering personal care to constituents in their homes on a temporary basis, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technology skills and comfort with software.
• Certified PSS or licensed CNA in the State of Maine.
• Personal care and/or homemaking experience in the home care industry preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to car transportation.
• Willingness to travel in the Souther Maine area. 
• Highly organized and with good communication skills.
