Position: Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Full-time

Shifts Available: 6:45am-7:15pm OR 6:45pm-7:15am

Location: Ballwin, MO

Job Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming), light housekeeping tasks, laundry, medication administration, cooking meals for residents, activities and resident engagement

• Skilled in meeting others' needs- from personal care and medication management to meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities

• Knowledgeable and experienced in working with adults with memory impairment
• Team-oriented in your work
• Ready to assist with all aspects of a resident's life: personal care, medication administration, light housekeeping, meal preparation, engagement

How do you become our next Certified Medication Technician (CMT)?

• Be reliable in a rotation weekly 4 day/3 day schedule
  • Week 1: Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri
  • Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work every other weekend and to be placed in a holiday rotation
• Have a vaild driver's license and proof of car insurance or State ID
• Have reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Ability to Lift and/or move items up to 100lbs
• Have experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and or physical challenges
• Have a positive, engaging, and proactive approach
• Have a valid CNA and CMT Certification
