Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team.The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping services to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety standards.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and respond to specific resident needs.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns or issues raised by residents or staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff members.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines for cleanliness in assisted living facilities.
