Position Title: Community and Partnership Manager (Part-Time).
 
Covering Cities:
Kearny, Jersey City, Secaucus and Hudson County.
 
Company Overview:
Synergy HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus provides compassionate non-medical home care services to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities across Northern NJ.
 
Role Summary:
- Build relationships with referral partners
- Represent Synergy at community events
- Conduct in-home consultations and track leads
- Report to owner weekly with progress
 
Key Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare, sales, or senior care
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Self-motivated, personable, reliable transportation
- Bonus: Connections in hospitals or SNFs
 
Compensation:
- Hourly base ($20–25/hr) + commissions per converted referral
- Flexible schedule, approx. 10–15 hours/week to start
 
Pre-Screen Questions:
- What’s your experience with senior care or healthcare sales?
- How would you approach building referral relationships?
- Describe a time you turned a cold lead into a referral
