SYNERGY  Home Care Shifts Available

• Colts Neck: 4pm-7pm Mon-Friday
• Middletown: 9am-5pm (standby and homemaking care)
• Middletown:  Overnights 11pm-6am 4-5 days/week.  Respite for live in caregiver
• Freehold: Overnights Mon-Sunday.  Flexible on start and end time.  Respite for live in caregiver
• Freehold: 4pm-7pm Mon-Thur.  Help with dinner and companionship.
• Live In: Female client with 2 dogs.  Will be dischared in next 2 weeks

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
