Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
We are seeking compassionate and committed CNAs for full-time positions available for AM shift (7AM-3PM) & PM shift (3PM-11PM). Competitive wages and benefits are offered to the ideal candidate.
A hiring bonus of $1,000 is provided for full-time employees, with half paid after 90 days and the remaining half after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Aid residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Safely transfer residents to and from activities and meals as outlined in their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in dining areas or their living spaces.
- Document and report any changes in residents' eating habits to the supervisor.
- Uphold quality services following company, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Possess current CA nursing assistant certification.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications are advantageous.
