Associate
Summary:
Provides and assesses health and needs of residents. RN will also work closely with administrative and medical staff to keep resident records up to date and handle resident assessments. Works as a member of and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team with a focus on maintaining the residents’ care.
Scope of Practice:
Practice within the scope of certification and by state and federal regulations and in accordance with the standards as defined in the currently recognized state RN Guidelines. Practice in accordance with Aperion’s clinical and administrative policies and procedures.

Estates – Hidden Lake requires drivers of licensed company vehicles and those using their own vehicles for business purposes have the appropriate driver’s license, insurance coverage, and meet the auto liability carrier’s driver’s criteria.

Is subject to exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including exposure to the AIDS and Hepatitis B virus within guidelines of standard precautions.
