As a premier senior living community offering a luxurious, resort-style environment, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/Caregivers to provide exceptional care and enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Available Shift:

• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Rotating weekends required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Assist residents with mobility, transportation, and transfers while ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Foster resident independence and dignity through personalized care and respectful interactions.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and take necessary actions to ensure resident well-being

Qualifications:

• Missouri CNA License (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program accepted.

• At least 1 year of CNA experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and team members.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
