Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers in Grand Island, NE. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transferring, ensuring client safety.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• A compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
