The Gatesworth – Resort-Style Senior Living Community

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team and help maintain the exceptional appearance of our community. As a Painter at The Gatesworth, you will:

• Maintain and refresh paint in all common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and offices.
• Perform drywall repairs and taping as needed.
• Prepare and paint the interiors of apartments, including ceilings, walls, and trim. Tasks include removing nails, patching holes, and protecting finished surfaces.
• Complete maintenance-related work orders as required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional painting experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with both team members and residents.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be proficient in both written and verbal English.
