About Us:

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
· Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
· Administer medications and treatments under the direction of licensed nursing staff (for CMAs).
· Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
· Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to nursing staff.
· Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
· Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members.
· Communicate compassionately with residents and their families.
Qualifications:
· (For CMA's) Successful completion of a State 40-hour Certified Medication Aide - CMA, course as approved by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required.
· (For CMA's and CNA's) Successful completion of a State 75-hour Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA, course as approved by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required.
· Must remain in good standing with the Nursing Assistant registry.
· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
