Join Our Team as a Community Relations Director!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Do you have a knack for organization, creativity, and communication? Join us as a Community Relations Director in our Senior living community!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new residents with the move-in process.

  • Plan and support community events and services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.

  • Conduct community tours for prospective residents.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement move-in programs.

  • Check in with new residents during their first month to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Perform outreach and networking in the local senior community to support the Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with older adults.

  • Preferred: Experience in marketing, sales, or event planning.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and creative.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.

Work Environment:

  • Tuesday - Saturday, some evenings to cover special events

  • Team-oriented, supportive of the community.
