We have an opening for a Designated Manager who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Designated Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Designated Manager Responsibilities:

• Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational plans
• Leadership for entire office team
• Ensure positive business and financial performance
• Manage overall budget for the business

Designated Manager Requirements:

• Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
• Education – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Skills – Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.
