We’re looking for a Leasing Coordinator (Sales & Marketing Specialist) to help seniors and their families find the perfect place to call home.

Your Role:

• Drive occupancy by implementing an effective leasing program.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Conduct tours, lead follow-ups, and support community outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic plans, events, and market analyses.
• Assist in maintaining and developing marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Utilize Aline/Sherpa to track and manage sales and leasing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for working with seniors and helping them transition into a vibrant, fulfilling community.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills – you’re a people person!
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset.
Marketing, leasing, or sales experience in senior living, healthcare, multi-family housing or hospitality preferred.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary $70,000-$80,000 (negotiable based on proven experience) with a very lucrative bonus structure.
