We have opening for Community Liaison (Commission Only) who can answer yes to these questions. Sales experience in the health care or home care industry is preferred, but not required. This role is responsible for performing home assessments and onboarding new clients for our homecare services. This is a commission only sales position that requires successful experience in selling homecare services in our territory of zip codes in Philadelphia and Delaware counties. The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet business development goals on a weekly/monthly
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities

Compensation

  • Commission Pay: Earn 10% Life Time Commisison on revenue received by the company from the clients you bring onboard. The payment of earned commission is made bi-weekly (every other Friday) 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a sales role in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred
  • Experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
