Location: Cedarhurst Senior Living Corporate Office, St. Louis MO (In-Person)

Position Overview:

The Corporate Concierge, reporting directly to the Director of Vendor Management, plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming office environment. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations such as managing guest interactions, office logistics, and event coordination while maintaining a high standard of service. The Corporate Concierge serves as a central point of contact for both staff and visitors, ensuring that office needs are efficiently met and fostering a positive atmosphere for all.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for staff, guests, and visitors as the first point of contact for the organization. Notify appropriate personnel upon guest arrival.
  • Oversee the appearance and functionality of conference rooms and the café, ensuring they are always presentable and operational.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate parties or departments.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep of office areas and equipment.
  • Oversee the purchasing, stocking, and distribution of office supplies to ensure the office remains well-equipped.
  • Coordinate logistics for company meetings, conferences, seminars, parties, outings, and other events, both in-house and off-site.
  • Ensure the maintenance and setup of office furnishings, including ordering, repairs, moves, and seasonal decorations (e.g., holiday décor).
  • Provide general administrative support for special projects and day-to-day office needs.
  • Create, maintain, and manage documents using Microsoft Office applications to ensure proper organization and efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the Home Office Committee.
  • Manage café cleanliness and organization, including the refrigerator, coffee station, and executive fridge, while coordinating weekly food deliveries and ensuring supplies are always stocked and maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • Two (2+) or more years of experience in customer service or hospitality role is required. 
  • Maintain active Missouri Notary Public status, or be willing to obtain it upon hire is required.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite is required. 
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent service. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Highest level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected events or requests. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment. 

Working Conditions: 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee isoccasionally required to stand/move, communicate, and identify written information.The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently.
  • This position may need to move through areas of the corporate office or other worksites of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization is required of this role.
  • This position is required to work onsite at the St. Louis Dover Companies headquarters full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
