We are hiring a House Manager who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a House Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

House Manager Benefits:

House Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversight of 24 hour clients; including scheduling, hiring and managing call-offs 
• Leadership, management and training for new and current caregivers
• Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation; experience with the WI EVV program or CareWhen a plus
• Ability to be part of an on-call phone rotation to troubleshoot and ensure client questions are answered.
• Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

House Manager Requirements:

• Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in home care or group home preferred
• Education – Associate degree preferred, but will review applicants with home care or group home experience.
• Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
