We are hiring a House Manager who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a House Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

House Manager Benefits:

House Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversight of 24 hour clients; including scheduling, hiring and managing call-offs
- Leadership, management and training for new and current caregivers
- Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation; experience with the WI EVV program or CareWhen a plus
- Ability to be part of an on-call phone rotation to troubleshoot and ensure client questions are answered.
- Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner
House Manager Requirements:
- Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in home care or group home preferred
- Education – Associate degree preferred, but will review applicants with home care or group home experience.
- Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
