As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary and strategic Corporate Director of Business Development to join our leadership team and drive our marketing initiatives across multiple regions.

Position Overview:
As the Corporate Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing strategies, brand management, and communications for Arabella Healthcare Management. You will play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory, enhancing our brand presence, and driving patient acquisition and retention efforts across our Alabama and Florida locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the overall marketing strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company goals.
  • Brand Development: Build and refine the company’s brand to increase awareness, trust, and recognition within the long-term care industry.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the long-term care space.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute community outreach programs to strengthen relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and potential residents’ families.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement strategies for patient and referral source acquisition.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI on all marketing initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in healthcare marketing (long-term care or senior services experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience working in a multi-location environment with the ability to manage regional differences in marketing needs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.).
  • Ability to extensive travel across Alabama and Florida as needed.
