LEASING AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY.

We are seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Director who will be responsible for external marketing and leasing, for our wonderful Assisted Living community. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the community outreach and marketing plan including advertising, community relations, marketing events, AND Leasing for this 62 unit community. The primary role for this position will be to create and maintain a robust program to drive leads and lease the units in the community. This position will work very closely with and report to the Executive Director.

General accountabilities:

· Establish strong referral relationships across a multitude of business industries

· Communicate and emulate Sisters Senior Living's distinguished culture

· Effectively market the community to seniors and their families

· Establish networks to market the community and increase its exposure for potential prospects/residents

· Develop and direct special marketing events at the community to attract new customers, thank current customers, and build relationships with referral sources

· Lease apartments to maintain budgeted occupancy

· Attend and actively participate in greater community functions such as chamber events and various relevant club meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications:

· Team player with a rich culture of respect, integrity, compassion and commitment to excellence

· Creative personality that is outgoing and energetic

· Hospitality and healthcare industry experience is highly desirable

· Solid track record of consistently exceeding sales goals

· Experience using competitive analysis tools

· Experience in developing copy for print ads; creative design not required

· Experience with pricing strategies to maximize revenue management
