Position Summary: Assist in leading and facilitating recreational and other activities for Ten Broeck residents per individualized activity interests and multi-disciplinary resident care plan. This includes leading various activity groups (e.g., exercises, arts and crafts, gardening and grooming).

• Keeps ongoing and accurate progress notes and attendance records of all residents to and from activities.
• Consults with the Activities Director on special needs and wants of residents.
• Together with the director ensures a seven-day activities program.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and kind personality
• One-year experience in providing activities or experience in a health care setting preferred but not required
• Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
• Documentation experience
