Capitol City Janitorial, A Pritchard Company, is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Weekend Day Porter. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

The Day Porter will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and common areas.

$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, all training completed and in good standing.

Days: Saturday & Sunday

Hours: 7 am to 3 pm

Pay: $16 per hour

DUTIES:

• Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
• Lobby maintenance.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Janitorial experience.
• Must know how to use a floor buffer.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
