Capitol City Janitorial, A Pritchard Company, is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time night cleaner in San Marcos. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. In this position you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.

$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, all training completed and in good standing.

Days: Wednesdays & Saturdays

Hours: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Pay: $15/hour

Duties:

• Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
• Perform janitorial tasks including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in alarms.
