Capitol City Janitorial, A Pritchard Company, is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Night Cleaner in Smithville. This position provides general facility cleaning and maintenance with the goal of "exceeding the customer's expectations".

$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, all training completed and in good standing.

Days: Tuesday & Thursday

Hours: 6 pm - 9 pm

Pay: $13 / hour

Duties:

• Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
• Perform janitorial tasks including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
• Use industrial cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
