The Marketing Analyst is an essential part of the Mobile Health Marketing Team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for the administration of the company’s marketing technology (MarTech) platform. The Marketing Analyst is a detail oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves employee that ensures all systems are implemented correctly, data is flowing through the organization consistently, and has a strong voice to advocate for continuous improvement. The role requires equal parts innovation and quality assurance as you think of ways we can accomplish our goals, and confidently test them to make sure they roll out according to plan. A successful Marketing Analyst will have a demonstrated background in being the business administrator for SalesForce, a knowledge of CRM management, and experience working with Google Analytics. This position does not require a development background. We are looking for a business-side administrator to take this exciting hybrid and support development implementation with our agency partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

·        Expertly administer all tools in the MarTech platform – you will be responsible for understanding data integrity, data hygiene, and work with partner agencies on the implementation of the MarTech stack to ensure smooth business operations

·        Develop and support ongoing marketing automation, including outbound email communications, automated sales communications, etc.

·        Knowledge of SalesForce, Marketo, CallRail, HotJar, WordPress, and Google Analytics

·        Ability to understand technical implementation concepts and transform them into actionable execution plans

·        The ability to interpret data and information correctly and effectively

·        Incredible written and verbal communication skills to accurately describe action plans and insights

·        Ability to provide deep analysis of data and translate complex results into rich visual summaries

·        Track and forecast sales and marketing trends while collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership

·        Understand, track, and analyze the entire customer journey using tools such as Google Analytics and HotJar

·        Report on Sales and Marketing KPI’s such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement

·        Track all outbound marketing activities and report on effectiveness

·        Recommend website and campaign optimizations

·        Move flawlessly between strategic conversations to tactical implementation

Experience & Education

·        Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university, concentration in marketing, statistical analysis, or related field a plus, or a commensurate level of experience with a demonstrated depth of knowledge

·        Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing terminology, tools, and related acumen

·        Strong communication and presentation skills

·        Demonstrated knowledge of CRM software, marketing automation, and analytics

·        Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred

·        Incredible critical thinking and problem-solving skills
